At Salty Earth Studios, we take great care in producing high-quality prints and ensuring your satisfaction. Because each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the rare case that artwork arrives defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item is delivered, please reach out so we can make sure we get a replacement issued. Original paintings by Anna are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:
Report the Issue: Contact us within 72 hours of receipt with the following information
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item or incorrect product, including packaging.
Replacement Process:
If a replacement is possible, we will send one at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not available, you will receive store credit for the value of the item.
