Mesophotic Coral Illustrations

Audubon Aquarium Exhibit, New Orleans

Anna illustrated mesophotic corals for an exhibit highlighting deep sea communities and restoration efforts after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Anna worked alongside Nina Grauley to create a cohesive scene to show the deep sea corals and other organisms found in the Gulf of Mexico. Anna produced the three different species of corals, the Deepwater horizon oil rig, the Nancy Foster (NOAA vessel) and the underwater wreckage of the rig.

In collaboration with illustrator Nina Grauley, Main Street Design, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Department of the Interior, and the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation.
